Acceptance of the rental equipment constitutes an agreement between the Renter and The Crib Guys in accordance with the terms of this rental contract
If the Renter does not agree to the terms of this contract, or if the Renter does not approve of the equipment delivered, then the renter shall immediately contact The Crib Guys to arrange for the rented equipment to be picked up. In such a case, the Renter shall remain responsible for all charges in accordance with the Renters original reservation for rental of equipment
All equipment is used at Renter's risk. Renter assumes all responsibility for rented equipment while in Renter's possession. Renter promises to return all rented equipment to The Crib Guys in as good a condition as it was at the time of delivery.
Renter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless The Crib Guys and their officers, shareholders owners, operators, agents, and employees from any claims arising from Renter's use, operation or possession of the rented equipment and for the loss of time or inconvenience resulting from the use, operation or possession of the rented equipment, and from any and all costs, attorney's fees and expenses incurred by any such party in connection with such claim or any action or preceeding brought against any such party, whether or not it be claimed or found that such damage claim or injury resulted in whole or in part from The Crib Guys negligence, from the defective condition of the rented equipment, or from any other cause whatsoever.
Renter shal be liable for any loss, theft, damage, permanent staining or destruction of the rented equipment. In the event the rented equipment shall be lost or damaged while in the possession of the Renter, the Renter shall pay to The Crib Guys the cost of replacing or repairing the equipment, in addition to any charges incurred for the rental of the equipment
